Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.

Processing Time:
Orders are generally processed within two (2) to five (5) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery:
Estimated shipping timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Firmly Fixed Foundation.

Tracking Information:
Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
Firmly Fixed Foundation shall not be held liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

International Orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
