Refund & Return Policy

At Firmly Fixed Foundation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all return and refund requests are subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns:
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition;
• Be returned in its original packaging;
• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Digital products or downloadable content;
• Personalized or custom-made items;
• Gift cards;
• Sale or clearance items, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or denial of the refund request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on the financial institution.

Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
